Shipping Policy

Our shipping vision is simple:  get your parts and accessories to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!  
That's why we're offering FREE Shipping on most orders $99+ (some exclusions apply! - see below) backed by an industry leading 14 Day Return Policy if you change your mind or need to make a return.  We also offer extremely competitive rates for all other shipments including super-fast expedited options!  We don't make you guess what your shipping charges will be - our real-time shipping methods and rates will accurately calculate and display in your cart at checkout.  

Since protecting our great customers from online order fraud or identity theft is one of our highest priorities:

Standard ground transit time estimates:
See map below - orders ship from our location in COURT TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG and times are based on shipment during normal business hours:  8am - 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.  Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.  We strive to ship in stock orders placed by 2pm EST same business day or within 24 hours.  Orders will be shipped once all parts are in stock.  Any part(s) not in stock at our dealership at the time the order is placed are ordered and sourced through YDSSTORE, and typically take about 2 - 4 business days to arrive.  Please Contact Us to request a partial shipment - additional shipping charges will apply. 

Need your parts faster?  Upgrade to expedited shipping!
If you're in a hurry, we also offer Expedited shipping at competitive pricing.  In stock orders placed by 3pm EST will be eligible for expedited shipping.  If some of the items ordered are not in stock, we'll source them as quickly as possible and expedite once available - usually next business day.  If you're pressed for time and require the order to be delivered by a specific deadline, please include a Note to Seller during checkout, or Contact Us so we can arrange the quickest shipping possible.  *Please note the delivery dates listed for the expedited shipping options - since we can't stock every single part available from the manufacturer, our shipping ETA dates include time for us to source any out of stock or special order items. 

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US Territories, APO, FPO, and DPO address?
We sure do!!  Please allow extra time for delivery to these areas.  Some size and weight restrictions apply.  

Do you require a signature on delivery?
To help protect against fraud and theft, all orders $800+ will be sent adult signature required.  Customer/consignee re-routing of packages during transit is not permitted.  Please Contact Us to request an in transit package to be held for pickup at a carrier operated location in your area - a photo ID and adult signature will be required.

Where's my order?  How do I track it?
All orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking # upon shipment.  Please allow time for the tracking # to update in the shipping carrier's system.  You can also check your Order Status here.  We encourage you to monitor your tracking info and plan for its arrival.  We are not responsible for packages that are delivered and then stolen.
